Small on purpose. We'd rather do a handful of careful studies than spin up a call centre doing them by the thousand.

How we work

One point of contact from start to finish, so you're never repeating yourself to a junior. We ask before we start, we agree on what "done" looks like, and we write the report so that the person actually implementing it (probably you or your developer) can follow it. No acronyms for the sake of it, or we'll use English instead.

What to expect

A couple of emails, a call if it helps, and then the document. We're fast on the thinking and slow on the promises. If something's vague in the brief, we'll say so rather than pretend we understood it. It's a small shop and our name sits on the work, so we take the bit of pride in it that you'd expect.

We usually take two or three new studies a month. When the list fills we pause sign-ups until there's room — better that than a rushed job.
